From This Rib
From This Rib is an older song I wrote in my twenties. My friend, Bryan Schmeling, wrote the text for his then future wife on the day of their wedding. I set the music arrangement. He sang it to her as part of a wedding ceremony. There are not many wedding songs from the man's point of view.
